1. What is required to use your service
All it takes is for you to have an internet connection.
2. How fast does I need the internet?
At least 8mbit/s for SD and at least 30mbps for HD & FULL HD. Our recommendation is that you have at least 30mbit/s for them to work cleanly.
3. Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?
Yes you can do that, you can connect your account on several different devices but only run 1 at a time. If you want to be able to use more at the same time, you need to buy either twin or triplet account. Contact us for price.
Note, however, that two connections & up on the same subscription will be LOCKED TO A HOUSEHOLD AND CAN ONLY BE USED THERE IMPORTANT!
4. Can I bring my subscription or box abroad, to my holiday accommodation?
Yes absolutely, as long as you have an internet connection.

6. Which channels are included? What is included in the package?
